The final two iterations for my collage and montage. The first which evolved from the theme passage of time and the second from rhythm. Passage of time was created from the viewpoint of the old stairway. Based on the ware of the wood one can only imagine the activities that took place over time to create it. These activities are realized through a blurring of activities. Time is then based on a sequence of these events where prominent events read clearer in the picture and secondary events fall back to fill in the gaps. Time is then only relative to the event that happens before or after. The stairway was then blurred towards the end to create a inconceivable ending while the tree begins to represent the the original creation of the wood in the sequence.
